Blogger Pinned Article Featured Post Display Issue

A question by William F who recently had an issue where his blog pinned articles, showing on all blog page views, at homepage, post & pages, the blog search & archive pages. He wrote, when people read his posts, the pinned post always appeared, but he just want it to be appeared on the homepage.  William F uses the Blogger theme Contempo Aqua By default the Blogger responsive themes like Contempo, Soho, Emporio & Notable uses the Featured Posts widget to display the blog Admin selected post at homepage views.
